GENERAL COMMISSION The Outreach and Education committee is responsible for developing the outreach and marketing campaign to reach Texas homeowners in danger of foreclosure and move them to reach out to an appropriate resource for assistance.
COUNSELING COMMITTEE

GENERAL COMMISSION The Counseling committee is responsible for supporting the development of local foreclosure intervention counseling capacity, encouraging communication and implementation of best practices between counseling entities and lenders/servicers.

GENERAL COMMISSION The Strategy committee is responsible for understanding the scope and causes of the foreclosure issue in Texas and the impact on communities and families, identifying new strategies for addressing the causes and impact of foreclosure including utilization of federal resources and suggesting regulatory and legislative approaches.

GENERAL COMMISSION The Resource Development and Outcomes committee is responsible for developing the resources to meet the goals of the Texas Foreclosure Prevention Task Force (TFPTF) and measuring the progress of the Task Force compared to established desired outcomes.
